As a resource for clients and for others seeking mental health resources, I’ve put together a blog where I will write about different topics such as the experience of therapy, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Neurodiversity, and Parenting. This is a resource- not everything there is to know about these topics.
As a therapist (clinical social worker) with lived experience of ADHD, Depression, and Anxiety, I will speak to some of my own personal experiences and what has been helpful for me. I will also try to address research in the field of psychology and mental health.
If you are in immediate need of help of mental health care, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. The world needs you.
