Group Therapy

I offer group therapy sessions at $40-60/session. Sessions last for one hour.

In order to participate, you must complete an intake session with me unless you’re a current client. This allows me to write a treatment plan and assess you/your child to see if you’ll be a good fit for the group. Consent forms are sent via our Sessions Health client portal and they MUST be filled out before you can participate in group.

Groups are sold as a package for the whole group, rather than being billed individually like individual sessions are done.

Virtual Lunch Break Group for parents of children with ADHD, Tuesdays 12-1 pm. During the first portion of the group, I will present on some up-to-date information about the week’s topic while parents eat lunch. Afterwards, we will have a discussion about the topic and how it applies to our children.

I decided to put this group together because I want to ensure that parents have the latest information about ADHD and what the diagnosis means for their child. There is a LOT that we didn’t know (or discuss) about ADHD in the past and being able to understand the diagnosis allows us to advocate for our children better and find better ways to parent that don’t cause us additional stress.

I also think it’s important for parents to have a support system because parenting a neurodivergent child is NOT the same as parenting a neurotypical child. There are things your friends WILL NOT understand about what you’re going through. This group is meant to be a support because we deserve to not feel so alone.

The practice is currently accepting new clients and you can schedule an intake on the portal. Corporate team building activities and retreats must be scheduled directly.

My free 15-min consultation is done virtually which allows us to determine client-therapist fit before doing liability paperwork and getting setup completely in the EHR system.
