YouTube Videos with Savasana for Relaxation: Savasana is a 5-10 minute practice that generally ends a yoga session where you lay down and try to clear your mind. This can be helpful for relaxing and releasing tension, particularly right before bed.

Physical Items that May Be Good Tools

  • Sunrise alarm clocks/lights: Help improve the process of waking up by offering a slow progression vs. going straight to the beeping.
  • Paint By Sticker Books: Excellent for children and adults if you need a mindless busy task that is satisfying.
  • Reverse Coloring Book: The colors are on the page, you draw the lines!
