Learn how to manage your appointments in the client portal for Happy Honeysuckle Healing Center. This therapy practice uses the Sessions Health EHR.

This is for those of you who dislike videos and sounds!
Step 1: Login at https://hhhc.sessionshealth.com/

Step 2: From the main screen, you’ll be able to view your documents and forms. You can also visit the appointments, information, or billing areas as needed. When you’re trying to view and cancel appointments, click on appointments.

Step 3: You’ll see a list of your appointments, or in this case, you can request an appointment.

Step 4: Choose your therapist, the type of appointment that you’d like, and the location (telehealth vs in-person at Happy Honeysuckle). Most of our appointments are in-person, but we offer virtual appointments as needed, particularly for parent sessions so both parents can attend. For parent sessions, select Family Psychotherapy without Patient.

Step 5: Click on the date you’re interested in and you’ll see some potential times (this doesn’t pop up until you select the day).

Step 6: Review your selections and add a note if you would like. Click send request. Once I receive the request, I can approve or contact you to schedule another time if I have something that conflicts.
