How to Cancel Your Appointment in the Client Portal

Learn how to cancel your appointment in the client portal for Happy Honeysuckle Healing Center. This therapy practice uses the Sessions Health EHR.

Step 1: Login at https://hhhc.sessionshealth.com/

Logging into Sessions Health EHR with email and password.

Step 2: From the main screen, you’ll be able to view your documents and forms. Click on appointments.

Step 3: When you click on appointments, any upcoming appointments will show up.

Step 3: When you click on appointments, any upcoming appointments will show up. In this case, it says the next appointment is June 26 at 3pm with the therapist name and address of the therapy practice. There are three dots in the top right corner next to the appointment for canceling.

Step 4: Hit the … to the right of the appointment and click CANCEL. You can add a note if desired (this can be helpful to me) and click CANCEL APPOINTMENT.

Step 4: Hit the ... to the right of the appointment and click CANCEL. You can add a note regarding why you need to cancel and click CANCEL APPOINTMENT on the bottom right.

And that’s all there is to it! It will show a verification window and immediately disappear from your upcoming appointments. If you need to cancel last minute, you may need to contact your therapist directly vs. being able to cancel online.
