Education, Educational Advocates, & Tutors

Public & Private Schools

There are a variety of options for the education of neurodivergent children. I think the right accommodations and school placement is vital to ensure that we meet their needs and hopefully help our kids love learning.

  • Private schools are not required to follow IEP accommodations, but some may have a setup that works well for your child (ie. smaller classroom sizes or a school that hits on a special interest for the child).
  • There are non public special education facilities in Maryland listed on the Mansef.org website by county.
